Network Infrastructure

CBRE | Direct Line turns complex data center networks into a repeatable, production-ready framework—planned, installed and validated at scale.

CBRE | Direct Line builds overhead conveyance, secure cages/cabinets and hot/cold aisle containment that keep infrastructure safe and serviceable, improve airflow and enable higher rack density without disruption. Our approach pairs engineered pathways with a repeatable playbook to deliver cleaner installs, fewer conflicts and faster closeouts.

Our Services

Overhead Conveyance

We install ladder racks, basket trays and fiber troughs in a precise, organized approach that maximizes uptime and performance while enabling simple, efficient changes for future expansions or upgrades.

Cage, Cabinet and Cable Management

CBRE | Direct Line provides a single accountable team that delivers secure cages and precisely sets cabinets with disciplined cable management, creating organized spaces that speed moves, are easy to operate and maintain consistent performance.

Hot/Cold Aisle Containment

Our hot/cold aisle containment services improve cooling efficiency and uptime, unlocking higher rack density, reducing operating costs and meeting deadlines without disrupting live production.

Why CBRE | Direct Line

Production-ready on Day One

Our repeatable approach aligns with governance, QA/QC and internal milestones—reducing commissioning drag.

Resilience by Design

We deploy infrastructure and installation methods that reduce failure points and simplify future refresh cycles, enabling seamless support for increasing demand.

Lower Total Asset Lifecycle Cost

Fewer handoffs, standardized documentation and efficient material flow reduce rework and costs across the data center lifecycle, allowing clients to focus capital on future capacity needs.

Reducing Waste and Improving Density with Physical Infrastructure Innovation

High-density data center interior with server racks and network cabling supporting mission-critical commercial infrastructure.

A leading enterprise cloud provider required improved density and lower waste through a new fiber-enclosure concept to support increasing demand. Working under a four-week deadline in an active environment, our team designed and delivered a new enclosure comprising MTP fiber and Cat6 copper systems, with new ladderand- basket‑tray pathways that cleanly tied into existing infrastructure. By collaborating closely with key suppliers, we streamlined prototyping, approvals and rollout, setting a new standard for future deployments.

80 MW Reno, NV Greenfield Program in a Competitive Labor Market

Infrastructure professionals wearing safety gear on-site at a data center supporting mission-critical commercial operations.

To meet accelerated delivery goals for a hyperscale software firm in one of the nation’s most competitive data center markets, our team deployed targeted recruiting, nationwide mobilization and structured, on-site training, consistently meeting staffing levels required for the project—between 30 and 100 technicians. This approach enabled additional fast, repeatable installations across the client’s regional expansion program, reducing costs and go-live timing.
