My day typically involves extensive collaboration sessions focused on resource forecasting strategies, business reviews, and crafting strategic documentation for various stakeholders.

Tell us about your career path at Direct Line.
Initially, I supported Direct Line as a third-party staffing provider. Then, the founder invited me to establish our Resource Solutions Group, which specializes in recruitment, managing our staffing providers, and developing deployment strategies. The team began small but has since grown into a resourcing powerhouse that I am proud to be a part of. Last year, I transitioned into a broader strategic role, supporting functions like forecasting, process improvement, and go-to-market strategy development.
What inspired you to pursue a career in technology?
I’ve been fascinated by technology since childhood. I was the type who not only used computers but also explored their inner workings. When I found myself in a data center for the first time, I was stunned by the sheer scale of technology within one building. This left me captivated by the industry and eager to dive into the field.
What do you love most about what you do?
A couple of things stand out. First, I relish the go-to-market strategy work I’ve embraced over the past year. Analyzing industry trends and devising strategies provides a unique and fun perspective on what may come in the industry. Second, I enjoy collaborating with stakeholders to dissect problems, simplify them, and develop effective solutions. Seeing a solution come together is immensely rewarding!
What are your interests outside of work?
I enjoy spending time with my family, especially chasing after my 1 ½-year-old son. I’m also passionate about golf, basketball, and surfing.
