Our team of experienced professionals are trained through our Direct Line University (DLU) in our Advanced Training Facilities (ATF). The training covers everything from safety regulations and processes, to appropriate handling and installation of cables and sensitive equipment, cleaning and testing methods to documentation and communication flow, ensuring a seamless and quality delivery for each project. Our DLWay Project Management Playbook is a comprehensive approach to project management unique to Direct Line Global. The framework and recommendations fill a gap in the way projects are implemented by laying down a ‘fit for purpose’ framework that is project-centric with recommendations on resources to build capability, also including a best practice toolkit to apply to different project stages.
