As a result of the continued growth and development over the last decade, we are expanding our market reach and opening a new office in Richardson, Texas, with the grand opening happening in March 2023. Here are a few highlights of the new office. This addition represents a new chapter in our evolution.
Location
The new office, 30 minutes from the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, will accommodate rapid growth and leverage the area’s diverse high-technology talent pool. The office lands in the heart of the city, surrounded by recreational places like parks, gyms, and many commercial spaces like hotels, cafes, and tech-driven companies surrounding the Texas office.
Space
We are opening our doors to our newest office space at 1219 Digital Drive, Suite 110, Richardson, TX 75081. This new office is a part of our broader investment in local communities across the U.S.
Proximity
As a company, one of our core values is the commitment to our people and communities; this move is no exception. A Texas base is excellent for some of our team, allowing them to work much closer to home. It also allows us to be closer to many valued clients and partners.
Room for growth
Epic data center leasing isn’t just a Northern Virginia trend anymore. The latest region to report super-sized deals is Dallas/Fort Worth, which had 286 megawatts of absorption in the first half of 2022, according to Cushman & Wakefield. The region’s thriving industrial market, solid connectivity infrastructure, access to talent, pro-tech environment, and ample and affordable power makes Dallas an ideal location to expand its hyper-scale data center campus footprint. Our expansion is designed to fit the rapidly evolving regional market needs and gives us the right edge to market ourselves as industry experts in the US.
