As we move through the second quarter of the year, I am excited to share that we have had an exceptional start and are making significant progress across all key strategies. Our commitment to investing in our people remains a top priority, and I look forward to it as we continue to advance our initiatives that allow us to enhance our ability to onboard and train new talent while expanding our resource pool.

In line with this, we are eager to execute our operational excellence framework to accelerate all our strategic priorities in partnership with CBRE. Together, we are poised to deliver impactful results with broad client and geographical reach, expanding our capabilities and enhancing our execution.

Another important announcement you may have heard during our recent town hall is that Dave Desch, our People Director at CBRE | Direct Line, will be retiring this summer. Dave has played a crucial role in last year’s business acquisition and the ongoing integration efforts, and we extend our heartfelt thanks for his significant contributions and lasting impact on our organization. His leadership and dedication will be greatly missed.

As we prepare for this transition, I am pleased to announce that Kangan Arora will step into the role of People Leader for both Direct Line and DCS. Kangan brings extensive strategic HR leadership experience across the APAC, UK, and US regions. Since relocating to the United States, she has been actively involved in people organization design through Project Horizon. By working across both Direct Line and DCS, Kangan will enhance collaboration and create additional synergies between our teams.

Please join me in thanking Dave for his years of dedicated service and wishing him all the best in his well-deserved retirement. Let us also warmly welcome Kangan and congratulate her on this exciting new opportunity.
