SUMMARY
We are looking for high-energy and ambitious Marketing Intern to support our marketing dream team and benefit from our dedication to your personal and professional growth. This position will report to the Marketing and Communications Specialist.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions.
- Support marketing campaign planning and execution.
- Assist team members with the creation of content for social media platforms, promotional emails, blogs, newsletter, and other marketing collateral
- Well versed in all social media platforms and engagement.
- Manage the planning and own every aspect of an event, from sponsorship to execution.
- Drive trade show strategy by working closely with the marketing team to establish tradeshow objectives, budget, and schedule.
- Develop an actionable plan for events and manage vendors and logistics for booth, A/V Systems, entertainment, contests, and prizes.
- Drive company’s mission by always representing our vision in every event.
- Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels.
- Assist in the management of website.
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
- Perform market analysis and research on competition
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
- Help distribute marketing materials
- Help manage and update company database
- Measure and report the results of marketing initiatives.
- Prepare detailed promotional presentations.
- Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
QUALIFICATIONS
- In depth understanding of different marketing techniques
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Hands on experience with marketing tools is a plus (e.g., Hootsuite/Google/Adobe Suite)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms
- Ability to multitask and take initiative
- Hardworking and dedicated outlook
- Experience with content creation a plus, even if not professionally
- Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
- Must have a passion for marketing
