Ship joined Direct Line Global in September of 2020 with over 25 years of leadership experience in various cross-functional roles.  Ship has demonstrated success in building, transforming, growing, and aligning customer-centric organizations with established financial, delivery, customer satisfaction, and retention goals. Ship has a B.S. and M.S. in Engineering and M.S. in Engineering Management from Drexel University. As a member of Direct Line Global, Ship is responsible for the Facebook relationship globally.
